Multiful LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Unnie Saju mobile application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

- Account Information: Email address and display name when you sign up via Google OAuth.
- Profile Data: Birth date, birth time, birth location (city/country), gender, and profile name for Saju calculations.
- User Content: Questions you ask, consultation messages, and readings you generate.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, and app version.
- Usage Data: Features used, screens visited, and reading types generated.
- Analytics: Anonymized usage patterns via Mixpanel.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide Saju fortune-telling readings based on your birth information.
- To enable personalized AI consultations.
- To process in-app purchases and manage your credit balance.
- To improve our Service through analytics.
- To communicate with you about your account or the Service.
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service Providers: Supabase (database), Anthropic (AI processing), RevenueCat (payments), and Mixpanel (analytics).

8. Account & Data Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
How to Request Deletion
In-App: Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account.
Email: Send a request to help@multiful.ai with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and your registered email address.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account information, including email and display name.
- All Saju profiles you created.
- All readings and consultation history.
- Your credit balance and transaction history.
- Any stored memories or preferences.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted.
Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any remaining credits will be forfeited.
9. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
10. International Users
Our Service is operated from the United States. If you are accessing the Service from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located.
