Korean Zodiac Compatibility

Pick two Korean zodiac (띠) signs and see how their Saju elements and branch harmonies meet — a score, and the real reason behind it.

How Korean zodiac compatibility works

In Korean Saju, your zodiac (띠) is the earthly branch of your birth year, and each branch carries one of the five elements. Two signs are read two ways: how their elements meet (nourishing, alike, or controlling), and the traditional branch relationships — the three-harmony (삼합) and six-harmony (육합) that draw signs together, and the clash (충) and harm (해) that create friction. Together they set the baseline chemistry of a pairing.

Zodiac compatibility — FAQ

Is Korean zodiac compatibility the same as Chinese?

The branch relationships (삼합, 육합, 충) are shared with Chinese BaZi — but here they’re read the Korean Saju way, through the five elements each branch carries. The method and the interpretation are Korea’s own.

Is a low zodiac score a dealbreaker?

No. Your zodiac is only your birth-year branch — one of four pillars. A clash (충) brings friction but also spark and growth. The full picture comes from both complete Saju charts, not the year sign alone.
